Unable to get off a powerful night-ending shot, Abdul Razak Alhassan (10-4) dropped his third fight in a row inside the Octagon on Saturday, losing by unanimous decision to Jacob Malkoun. Through 15 minutes of action, Alhassan was only able to land 21 significant strikes. He spent the majority of the contest under the control of Malkoun, who neutralized the knockout power of Alhassan. With Alhassan, there is always a puncher's chance of ending the fight in one strike. The problem is that lately, that one shot has not surfaced for Alhassan. Hopefully, we can see him again in the Octagon and he can put on the power display that he is capable of showcasing.--Matt Bricker
