Mid-Week Waiver Wire Rankings - Fantasy Baseball Pickups: Jared Jones, Mason Miller, Kevin Ginkel, Edouard Julien, Colton Cowser

Edouard Julien - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, MLB Prospects, Draft Sleepers

Mid-week fantasy baseball waiver wire rankings for Week 3 (2024). Free-agent hitters and pitchers to add include Jared Jones, Mason Miller, Kevin Ginkel, Edouard Julien, and Jose Caballero.

Welcome back, RotoBallers, to our mid-week fantasy baseball waiver wire rankings list for Week 3 -- April 8 through April 14 -- to help you stay on top of the waiver wire, especially in leagues that allow daily moves. The biggest news in Week 3 was baseball's top prospect, Baltimore Orioles infielder Jackson Holliday, being promoted to the big leagues on Tuesday. The 20-year-old made his MLB debut and went 0-for-4 with an RBI during Wednesday's win over the Red Sox. Spencer Arrighetti, Houston's No. 3 prospect, also made his MLB debut on Wednesday. Arrighetti was torched for seven earned runs across three innings. Top prospects, such as Paul Skenes, Coby Mayo, Heston Kjerstad, Jordan Beck, and Tyler Black, patiently await the call to the big leagues.

Some notable recent performances and injury notes include San Diego Padres infielder Jake Cronenworth, who is slashing .333/.417/.667 with two home runs, six RBI, and three runs scored over his six games. Pittsburgh Pirates right-hander Jared Jones continues his strong start to the season, posting a 3.86 ERA, 0.94 WHIP, and a 17: 2 K: BB across 11 2/3 innings. Minnesota Twins second baseman Edouard Julien broke out of his slump by mashing two home runs in Wednesday's win over the Los Angeles Dodgers. Injuries continue to pile up as fantasy managers will need to replace Framber Valdez, Nick Pivetta, and Yoan Moncada, who were all recently placed on the injured list.

This edition features players such as Jared Jones, Mason Miller, Michael Kopech, Kevin Ginkel, Edouard Julien, Jose Caballero, Cody Bradford, Jackson Merrill, and Colton Cowser. We're here, as always, to help you stay on top of the latest waiver wire options, especially in leagues that allow for daily moves. Prospects that are making impacts continue to be called up, so you'll need to be informed. Be sure to stay on top of our weekly waiver wire rankings and turn on MLB news alerts to stay ahead of the curve. Once you're done here, check out our fantasy baseball prospects articles for the latest names to stash and pick up.

Fantasy Baseball Waiver Wire Pickups List

For anyone unfamiliar, we release all sorts of fantasy baseball waiver wire articles every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. As part of that, Nick Mariano releases our waiver wire rankings list on Sundays to help you prioritize which players to target as free- agent adds off waivers.

In addition, we are also putting out a second waiver wire rankings list mid-week. Since many fantasy baseball leagues have daily waiver wire moves or multiple waiver wire runs per week for adding players, this mid-week rankings list should help you keep track of players emerging in the middle of the week before we reach Sunday.

This article will guide you with our weekly ranking for the relevant waiver wire pickup options, including how to prioritize them for your league (depending on the league size). Roster % is from Yahoo leagues.
