Kyler Murray fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 10 (2024). Should you start or sit Kyler Murray for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Consider in 14+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: QB2
ANALYSIS: The Cardinals prefer to lean on James Conner and the running game on offense. The best way to beat the Jets' defense is to pound the rock, which is not ideal for Kyler Murray.

CLAIM IT NOWMurray averages 28 pass attempts and under 200 passing yards per game. There are limited opportunities to add to his fantasy total. It's why clips of him missing wide-open receivers like Trey McBride and Marvin Harrison Jr. go viral. For the most part, Murray's played better than his QB14 weekly average suggests.

Murray can get away with low passing totals if he's running effectively. That hasn't been the case recently. Since Week 4, he's topped 20 rushing yards twice. He had a 50- and 44-yard rush in those two games to boost his average.
The Jets generate quarterback pressure at an effective rate. Hopefully, that turns into scrambles for Murray. Otherwise, it could be another down day for the Cardinals quarterback. New York allows the fourth-fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks and tops that metric against wide receivers.
