Kyle Pitts fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 6 (2024). Should you start or sit Kyle Pitts for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Start in All Formats
POSITIONAL VALUE: TE1
ANALYSIS: Atlanta Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts is coming off his best game of the season, catching seven passes for 88 yards. He also saw a season-high eight targets in last week's win. Now, Pitts gets a great matchup against a Panthers secondary that has allowed the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends this season.
Carolina has given up at least four catches to tight ends in each of the first five games. Last week, Cole Kmet and Gerald Everett combined for five catches and 79 yards. As a result, Pitts will come into Week 6 as a solid TE1 option in most leagues.

Aside from last week's TE6 finish, Pitts has been a bit disappointing in fantasy this year. He has just a 13.8% target share and ranks 26th in yards per route run (1.5) among tight ends in 2024. However, the matchup against Carolina this week is great, making the Falcons playmaker a strong start in most formats.
