ANALYSIS: Joe Flacco will start under center for the Colts in Week 9 after the team decided to bench Anthony Richardson for the foreseeable future. As a result, Flacco will be a solid QB2 option moving forward. He has finished as the QB15, QB4, and QB18 in his three games this season.

Therefore, the veteran quarterback is a strong QB2 option in Superflex formats this weekend. The Vikings have allowed a top-10 fantasy quarterback in three of the past four games while giving up 12 passing touchdowns during that span. Opposing quarterbacks are also averaging 284 pass yards per game against this Minnesota secondary this year.
So, Flacco has some sneaky fantasy value in Week 9 against the Vikings. While he is more of a QB2 option in Superflex formats this week, the 39-year-old can be a solid QB1 play in 18-plus team leagues.
