Should I Start Xavier Worthy for Fantasy Football?
We haven't seen the high-flying Chiefs offense of old this year. Unfortunately, much of that is due to the season-ending injury for wide receiver Rashee Rice, whose skills complement Worthy perfectly. Without enough help around him, Worthy has been thrust into a WR1 role that he wasn't ready for and has just 24 receptions for 307 yards and four touchdowns on the season.

While he's still a tough player to start in fantasy at this juncture, he's likely still the best option of the three players in this article due to the juicy matchup against the Carolina Panthers.
Should I Start Jonathon Brooks for Fantasy Football?
The Carolina Panthers drafted Jonathon Brooks rather early in Round 2 of the 2024 NFL Draft, however, it was after he had suffered a torn ACL before the end of the 2023 College Football season while at Texas. Brooks started the season on PUP and is set to debut in Week 12 against the Kansas City Chiefs.

The bad news is veteran running back Chuba Hubbard stepped up greatly this season and earned a contract extension for the team, putting Brooks' chances of being a workhorse back at almost zero. This week he is tough to start against a great defense. We need to see more first.
Should I Start Jonnu Smith for Fantasy Football?
Smith had his first 100-yard game of the season in Week 11, posting six receptions for 101 yards and two touchdowns against the Las Vegas Raiders. However, the Dolphins face a much tougher matchup against the Buffalo Bills in Week 12.
I like Jonnu Smith out of the backfield, especially with the way defenses have been playing the Dolphins. They’ve been killing teams with Achane in the flats, and using Jonnu there is a great way to get him opportunities with the ball in his hands and spell Achane a bit. pic.twitter.com/DiVziKDGtP

Now that quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is back, Jonnu looks like an emerging player at tight end, which is good news.
With the reality of six teams on a bye in Week 12, you are likely starting Smith as your fantasy tight end if you have him. Worthy is probably still the best of three options to play in fantasy this week given that the Panthers' defense has been very bad.
