DraftKings, FanDuel Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (2/10/22): Today's Top NBA DFS Lineups

kyrie irving NBA DFS picks daily fantasy basketball injury news

The top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on February 10th, 2022. Alex Burns provides NBA DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

Prepare to fasten your seatbelts, folks! With the NBA trade deadline officially coming to a close at 3:00 PM ET on Thursday, there's a solid chance that this slate is drastically altered along the way. Fortunately for those of us living in this crazy DFS world, we have time to adjust to the latest news before lineups lock. With that said, it will be imperative to pay close attention to NBA news leading up to tipoff in order to make sure none of the following players are the subject of a #WojBomb throughout the day.

Looking closer at Thursday's slate, only two teams (TOR and GSW) will be playing on the second night of a back-to-back. The Warriors have already announced their plans for Klay Thompson and Otto Porter Jr., but we should pay attention to see if either team elects to give a few prominent players a night off. We should also get a first look at C.J. McCollum in a Pelicans uniform, so it will be interesting to see how he fits from a fantasy perspective.

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 2/10/22. Remember to monitor NBA injury news as the slate can completely change before lineups lock. Let's cut right to the chase and dive into my favorite DraftKings and FanDuel plays for Thursday's three-game slate.

DraftKings and FanDuel Guards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Luka Doncic - PG, DAL vs. LAC ($12,400 DK, $11,200 FD)

Luka has simply been DFS chalk over the last three weeks. He's likely to be the top-owned guy on Thursday, but I don't have any justification for fading a man on as big of a heater as he's on right now. Over his last six games, Donic is averaging 63 FD points per game and has triple-doubled in three of them. As if that wasn't reason enough, the Clippers are giving up the seventh-most FD points and sixth-most DK points to opposing point guards this season. He's simply top-dog on this slate and I don't mind making him the building block of my roster on both sites, though his $1,200 discount on FD is the cherry on top.

Kyrie Irving - PG/SG, BKN @ WAS ($10,400 DK, $9,400 FD)

With the Nets playing on the road in Washington, Kyrie will be eligible to suit up for this one. While we all know what Irving is capable of, this call solely has to do with the amount of usage he should receive on Thursday. Both James Harden and Kevin Durant will be out and Irving put up a season-high 26 shots and dished out 11 assists in his last game without them. The Wizards and the Nets are each struggling mightily as of late, so this should be an evenly matched, up-tempo game. Much like Luka Doncic, Irving's $1,000 discount on FD is tough to pass up.

Evan Fournier - SG/SF, NYK @ GSW ($5,900 DK, $5,900 FD)

Fournier has surpassed 30 minutes of playing time in five of his last six games for the Knicks and has produced quite nicely in the process. He's averaged just under 21 points and totaled at least 25 fantasy points in those six games and gets a bump with RJ Barrett doubtful to suit up with an ankle injury. His name has floated around in some trade rumors this season, so we'll need to pay close attention up until Thursday's 3:00 PM ET deadline.

GPP PG:

Donte DiVincenzo - PG/SG, MIL @ PHX ($3,400 DK, $4,200 FD)

DiVincenzo has been working his way back from offseason knee surgery and has seen his minutes start to even out in the low 20s. With Grayson Allen battling a hip injury, DiVincenzo may be called upon to play a larger role against the Suns, thus making his $3,400 salary on DK a steal.

Others to consider: Jrue Holiday ($8,000 DK), Jalen Brunson ($5,900 FD)

DraftKings and FanDuel Forwards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Giannis Antetokounmpo - PF/C, MIL @ PHX ($12,000 DK, $11,500 FD)

Much like Luka, the Greek Freak is playing out of his mind as of late and is the clear top option on Thursday's slate. He's fresh off of an 80-point night on FD in Tuesday's win over the Lakers and should be plenty busy against the NBA's top-seeded Suns. With most of the top forwards out with injury or playing on the second night of a back-to-back, Giannis is an obvious choice here.

Jaxson Hayes - PF/C, NOP vs. MIA ($5,600 DK, $6,200 FD)

Hayes has been producing quite nicely as of late, posting at least 30 DK points in four of his last five games. He's also seeing the most consistent amount of playing time in his young career, averaging just under 31 minutes of playing time during that span. The Heat are a tough team defensively, but they'll have their hands full with Brandon Ingram, Jonas Valancuinas, and newcomer C.J. McCollum. Hayes should see plenty of action on the glass and produce enough return solid value on DK.

Reggie Bullock - SG/SF, DAL vs. LAC ($5,200 DK, $5,600 FD)

Bullock has really excelled ever since Tim Hardaway Jr. went down with a season-ending injury a few weeks ago. Combine that Kristaps Porzingis being out of the lineup for an extended period of time and the Mavericks have really relied on Bullock's three-point shooting. He's scored at least 20 points in four of his last six games and averaged 34 minutes of playing time over his last five games. The Clippers could make some noise at the trade deadline, so Bullock could be facing some backups on Thursday night. Consider him an awesome value play with upside for more.

Others to consider: Saddiq Bey ($6,400 DK, $6,600 FD), Desmond Bane ($6,300 DK, $6,000 FD)

DraftKings and FanDuel Centers - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Bam Adebayo - PF/C, MIA @ NOP ($9,000 DK, $9,400 FD)

Bam has looked great ever since returning from thumb surgery a few weeks back, but his aggressive play over the last four games has been a sight to behold. He's averaged just under 16 FGA during that span, as opposed to his season average of 13.2. That resulted in a season-high 32 points in a loss to the Raptors and at least 45 DK points in three of his last four games. The Pelicans have been a bottom-barrel team defensively this season, just in time for a matchup against an aggressive Bam, He's my favorite option at center for Thursday's slate.

Alperen Sengun - PF/C, HOU vs. TOR ($4,800 DK, $5,100)

Sengun has finally been seeing some decent minutes and is producing to no one's surprise. He's scored at least 22 fantasy points in each of his last four games and gets a matchup against a Raptors' squad playing on the second night of a back-to-back set on the road. It's amazing to me that he's still being priced below $5,000 on any site, as he has 10X upside whenever he takes the floor.

Others to consider: Mitchell Robinson ($5,600 DK), Jaren Jackson Jr. ($8,100 FD)
