Charlotte Hornets guard LiAngelo Ball has been waived by the organization after signing with them on Thursday. The expectation is that they'd waive him and Ball would play for their G-League affiliate to start the season. In five preseason games, Ball averaged, 9.6 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.6 steals in 17.4 minutes per game. It's unlikely that Ball has fantasy value at all this season. He can be ignored until he has a legitimate role in Charlotte, which is unlikely to happen.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
