Montreal Canadiens forward Mike Hoffman is expected to miss the next four weeks due to a lower-body injury. The 31-year-old, who joined Montreal in the off-season after signing a three-year, $13.5 million contract, is expected to carry a significant role in the Habs' top-six forward group and top power-play in 2021-2022. Hoffman posted 36 points (17 goals, 19 assists) in 52 games with the Blues last season but had previously eclipsed the 25-goal mark in five of his past six campaigns. The Ontario native could be a sneaky value-add at the back end of fantasy drafts -especially if he's placed in an empty injured-reserve spot throughout the month of October.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
