New York Yankees third baseman Gio Urshela (knee) is not in Friday's lineup but appears to have avoided a serious injury. Urshela's MRI came back structurally sound, per Bryan Hoch of MLB.com, and the 29-year-old is considered day-to-day, with manager Aaron Boone noting that he's "doing a lot better." It's great news for both the Yankees and Urshela's fantasy managers, as he ranks second on the team in batting average and third in RBI. DJ LeMahieu will get the start at third base on Friday night in place of Urshela.--Tim Capurso
