San Diego Padres starting pitcher Dinelson Lamet (forearm) had to leave his start on Wednesday after just 29 pitches. Lamet, who had just returned from the injured list, was making his season debut but had to leave the game in the bottom of the second inning to be examined by the trainer. The team announced that the 28-year-old is experiencing right forearm tightness, with no current timetable for his return. More updates should be provided after the game, though it's certainly not an encouraging development for fantasy managers who drafted and stashed Lamet.--Tim Capurso
