Cole Custer is a driver that will compete for a decent finish but is not the best choice in his salary range. In his only Homestead start last season, Custer started 35th and placed 22nd. In Custer's last five Cup starts at 1.5 Mile Intermediate tracks he has four top-15 finishes and in the Xfinity Series, he has three top-2 finishes. The driver of the No. 41 Ford will start 10th in this weekend's race at Homestead and has some risk of losing place differential. Although his equipment is solid in comparison to most and has strong Xfinity history, there are better recommendations in his salary range with place differential upside with better cap flexibility.--Sean Engel - RotoBaller
