Albert Okwuegbunam Makes His Lone Catch Count
Albert Okwuegbunam had just one target in the 31-30 Week 8 comeback win over the division-rival Chargers on Sunday, but his lone catch went for a nine-yard touchdown, the first of his career. Okwuegbunam saw 13 targets in Weeks 6 and 7 with Noah Fant fighting his way back from an ankle injury, but he was an afterthought in this one, aside from his red-zone reception. Fant was second on the team with nine targets against the Bolts, showing that he will return to his duties as the top pass-catching tight end now that he's recovered from his ankle ailment. Okwuegbunam has some chemistry with quarterback Drew Lock from their time at Missouri, but he can be ignored in fantasy unless Fant misses time with another injury.
