The National Football League on Wednesday extended team's virtual offseason programs another few weeks through May 29. Teams are beginning to prepare for the possibility of facilities opening up sometime soon, but it remains to be seen if that will happen before June 26 when all offseason programs will come to a halt before training camp begins in late July. This unique offseason because of COVID-19 is especially challenging for teams installing new offenses with new coaches, and it could prove really tough for the incoming rookies.
