Evan Engram Expects To Play On Monday
Evan Engram (foot) said that he expects to play on Monday night against the Eagles after missing the last two games. Rookie Kaden Smith has benefitted from Engram's absence the last two weeks with more playing time, but he's been nothing more than a touchdown-dependent, low-end TE2. Engram has been a disappointment this year as he's battled through injuries, catching 44 passes (68 targets) for 467 yards and three touchdowns. If he's back on Monday, he'll immediately return to TE1 status with quarterback Eli Manning back under center. Keep an eye on Engram's practice status later this week.
