Vegas Golden Knights center Cody Glass looks to be slated in between Max Pacioretty and Mark Stone on one of the Golden Knights top lines for the season opener on Wednesday night. Vegas has a 1A/1B line situation at the top of their lineup, so Glass should see a significant amount of ice time. Glass earned his shot with the big club after putting up 69 points in 38 games in the WHL last season. His debut in the AHL last season was also a success with 15 points in 22 playoff games. If Glass can develop some early chemistry with two proven goal-scorers in Stone and Pacioretty, he should have no trouble staying in Vegas for the season and being one of the top rookie scorers. --Nate Duffett
