Joc Pederson Homers Twice On Wednesday
Joc Pederson has been on an absolute tear in September, with an OPS of 1.346 in the month. On Wednesday, he had his third two-homer game of September, going 3-for-3 with a walk and three RBI. Pederson is now slashing .249/.341/.537 with 35 home runs, 72 RBI and 81 runs on the year. The Dodgers have remained hesitant to play the left-handed Pederson against lefties, which has been justified by the fact that Pederson has zero home runs and just a .229 batting average in 48 at-bats against lefties on the year. Still, Pederson's power upside can't be ignored. He's a great play in daily when he's in the lineup and should be a worthy mid-round target in fantasy drafts next year.
