Taijuan Walker Out Another Six Weeks
Taijuan Walker (elbow, shoulder) will be out for another six weeks without throwing. In addition to recovering from Tommy John surgery, Walker is also dealing with a right capsule strain in his right shoulder. If he does make it back in 2019, it won't be until later in the year, and by then he might not even be worth the risk in mixed leagues. It's a bummer for those that have been stashing him in NL-only leagues, too, in hopes that he might return around midseason.
