Texas Rangers starting pitcher Shelby Miller is a risky option for fantasy owners on Tuesday. Miller will take the mound for the first time as a Ranger in a major league game. Last season after returning from Tommy John surgery Miller threw 16 innings for the Arizona Diamondbacks, striking out 19. Unfortunately, he also surrendered 19 runs in those innings, giving him a 10.69 ERA. The switch to pitching in another hitter friendly park in Arlington is not ideal. However, the Astros have been struggling with the bat this season, so if you are willing to take a gamble then Miller could provide upside at a cheap price for DFS on Tuesday.--Ben Rolfe
