New York Rangers goaltender Alexandar Georgiev will be in net on Monday night against the Pittsburgh Penguins. Georgiev was stellar on Saturday night against the Toronto Maple Leafs, making 44 saves in a 2-1 overtime win. The Russian netminder has been inconsistent throughout the season, combining stretches of fantastic play with complete mediocrity. He owns an 11-12-3 record to go along with a 3.02 goals-against average and .909 save percentage. Thankfully, the Penguins are without Evgeni Malkin (upper body) and Kris Letang (upper body) for this contest which makes Georgiev's task a bit easier. Regardless, he is a mid-tier option at best against a team that has picked up points in seven of their past eight games. --Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
