Philadelphia Flyers left wing James van Riemsdyk posted his first hat trick of the season in Monday's 7-4 victory against the Minnesota Wild. He responded favorably after being demoted to the fourth line last Tuesday after a talk with interim coach Scott Gordon. JVR had managed just six goals through 27 games before the chat, and now he has five goals and two assists over the past three games since.
