Toronto Raptors forward OG Anunoby (eye) left Wednesday's regular-season opener against the Cleveland Cavaliers in the fourth quarter due to a right orbital contusion, or in other words a black eye after taking an inadvertent elbow. Anunoby was able to post four points while going 2-for-3 from the floor in his 18 minutes off the bench before departing. He also had a steal and just one turnover.
