The Dallas Stars announced on Tuesday that defenseman Miro Heiskanen has made the team's official opening night roster. The third-overall pick of the 2017 NHL Draft is coming off an excellent season HIFK Helsinki of the Finnish Elite League, having finished with 23 points (11 goals, 12 assists) in 30 games while winning the league's award for it's top defenseman. Heiskanen has had a great showing with the Stars throughout the preseason, earning a spot on the team's second defensive pair with Marc Methot. The 19-year-old is a candidate to take home the Calder Trophy as the NHL's best rookie and remains a solid sleeper candidate in all fantasy pools.--Chase Davis - RotoBallerRead More News
