Gregory Polanco Sitting Again On Tuesday
Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder Gregory Polanco is out of the lineup for a second straight game on Tuesday. The slumping Polanco is batting .128/.261/.205 over the last two weeks and is hitless in his last 22 plate appearances. He'll continue to find playing time hard to come by, as the Pirates intend to go with an outfield rotation to get hot-hitting prospect Austin Meadows regular playing time. Polanco undoubtedly has the talent to turn his disappointing season around, but he's approaching droppable territory in eight- and 10-team leagues.
