St. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Alex Reyes will not have an innings cap this season, according to President of Baseball Operations John Mozeliak. "Due to the fact he’s going into the rotation at the end of May or in June, he should be able to go really as much as you could hope. I don’t think he will have a cap," he said. Reyes has been phenomenal in his rehab starts as he recovers from Tommy John Surgery. He did not allow a single run to score in his four minor league starts, striking out 44 in just 23 innings. He's set to join the Cardinals rotation next week and should be owned in every single format.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
