Minnesota Twins right-hander Lance Lynn saw his 2018 struggles continue on Friday against the Los Angeles Angels. Lynn allowed four earned runs in 4 2/3 innings of work, allowing eight hits while striking out three. The veteran right-hander has not fared well in his first season with the Twins, posting a 1-3 record, 7.34 ERA, and a 36/25 K/BB ratio over seven starts. Despite the struggles, Lynn's spot in the rotation should be safe as the Twins are paying him $12 million to pitch for them this season. He did sign with the team rather late in spring training, so perhaps he will round into form as the weather heats up.--Matt T - RotoBaller
