Tampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Matt Andriese lasted only 3 1/3 innings Sunday versus the Red Sox. He did not give up a run but they pulled him after two consecutive batters reached. The quick hook with a three-run lead does create some questions as to how much faith they have in him. Andriese has had mediocre results so far in his career as he is below .500 and has had an ERA above 4.00 in each of the three seasons. His strikeout totals or even K/9 rate are unremarkable. He is not much of a fantasy option.--Jamie Mellor
