In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy NBA lineup picks for FanDuel on 3/28/16. The DFS lineup picks will range from some of the elite players, to mid-priced options, and value plays on FanDuel.

FanDuel DFS Guards

Damian Lillard (vs SAC, $8,500)

Damian Lillard did not impress in his last game, which was against the Philadelphia 76ers, posting only 30.5 fantasy points in 36 minutes of action. He simply could not get it going from the field. Luckily, he gets another great matchup tonight against the Sacramento Kings. The Kings are one of the worst teams in the league against opposing point guards, and it is very unlikely that Dame is going to fail to produce two straight games, especially with such an easy matchup in both of them. His price tag is a little bit high right now, but with 60 plus fantasy points potential, he can be used in both 50/50 contests and tournaments.

Ricky Rubio (vs PHO, $7,300)

Ricky Rubio is a little bit expensive right now, but he is playing too well to pass up on him in a great matchup tonight. In his last game, which was against the Utah Jazz, he posted 44 fantasy points in 31 minutes of action. The Jazz are a slow-paced team that play solid defense. Tonight, he plays the Phoenix Suns. The Suns are an uptempo team that does not play defense. That means that Rubio should flourish. He has 44 fantasy points or more in two of his last four games. Use him in all formats tonight.

JJ Barea (at DEN, $4,000)

Jose Juan Barea, as FanDuel calls him, has been playing extremely well of recent. He has over 24 fantasy points in in three of his last four games. He played extremely well in his last game, which was against the Golden State Warriors, posting 31.6 fantasy points in 32 minutes on the court. It looks like Deron Williams is going to miss at least two more games according to RotoWorld, so Barea should continue to play around 30 minutes per game for the Dallas Mavericks. His price tag is a little bit too low right now, and the Denver Nuggets are not going to slow him down. Use him in all formats.

 

FanDuel DFS Forwards

Kevin Durant (at TOR, $10,300)

Kevin Durant is playing well right now, and he is going to have to continue to play well tonight against the Toronto Raptors. Durant has over 40 fantasy points in four of his last fives games. Against the Indiana Pacers, he posted over 65 fantasy points in 37 minutes on the court. This is all impressive, but the main reason that Durant makes for such a great play tonight is his matchup against the Toronto Raptors. No, the Raptors are not a horrible defensive team. In fact, they are rather solid. However, Durant plays better in close games. The Raptors should keep this game very close, so Durant is going to have to take over the offense. That means he is going to shoot early and often. Use him in both 50/50 contests and tournaments.

Gordon Hayward (vs LAL, $7,000)

Gordon Hayward looked solid in his last game, which was against the Minnesota Timberwolves. He posted over 30 fantasy points in 39 minutes of action. Against the Houston Rockets, three games ago, he posted over 45 fantasy points in 40 minutes on the court. Needless to say, he has great upside. Tonight, he gets a great matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers, and he should be able to take advantage of that. Due to his struggles prior to his last couple of games, Hayward's price tag is down. Use him more so in tournaments, but he can be used in 50/50 contests if he fits.

Jared Sullinger (at LAC, $5,600)

Jared Sullinger should only be used in tournaments every time he plays. He is a very risky kind of play. In his last game, he posted under 15 fantasy points in 22 minutes of action against the Phoenix Suns. His minutes are all over the place. The last time he played over 30 minutes, he posted over 30 fantasy points, but that was four games ago. Tonight, he gets a great matchup against the Los Angeles Clippers, who are currently struggling against opposing big men. His price tag is low, and his upside is great. However, his consistency is just not there. Avoid him completely in cash games.

 

FanDuel DFS Centers

DeMarcus Cousins (at POR, $10,900)

This is a no-brainer tonight. DeMarcus Cousins is playing against the Portland Trail Blazers tonight, and he should absolutely dominate them. The Blazers are one of the worst teams in the league against opposing centers, and Cousins is one of the best 'centers' in the league. He is going to score at will. In his last four games, he has over 40 fantasy points in all of them and over 50 fantasy points in two of them. His upside is out of this world, and he is also pretty consistent. Use him in all formats tonight.
