DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice - NBA DFS Lineup Picks for 11/28/15

The NBA opted not to suspend Jahlil Okafor for his KO punch, which is a bit surprising. The Sixers have announced their investigating, and I'll continue to keep you guys posted on anything that happens!

In this article, I will be providing you with Daily NBA picks for DraftKings for 11/28/15. The picks will range from some of the elite players, to mid-priced options, and value plays.

Without wasting anymore time, let's get down to it!

DraftKings DFS Point Guards

Damian Lillard (vs LAL, $9,100)

Lillard is far and away my favorite guard on this slate, as he has dominated the entire season, his price isn’t out of control, and he gets a great matchup. On the year, Lillard is averaging 25.1 points, 4.6 rebounds, 7.2 assists, and 1.2 steals per game. He gets a great matchup against the fast paced Lakers, who hate playing defense. The currently rank 25th in the NBA against point guards, and he has already torched the Lakers for 30 points, 6 rebounds, 13 assists, 1 block, and 2 steals. Lillard can be used confidently in any league tonight.

Ish Smith (at UTA, $6,600)

Holiday is still questionable for back-to-back sets, which means at worst, Smith will see a normal starters game worth of minutes tonight. That means he will see anywhere from minutes in the low-30s to the low-40s. He has been on an unbelievable tear recently, averaging 17.0 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 9.2 assists per game over the last 10 days. The matchup against Utah isn’t ideal, as they love slowing the pace of the game down, but they do struggle to guard the point guard. If Holiday is out, Smith should be used in all leagues.

DraftKings DFS Shooting Guards

C.J. McCollum (vs LAL, $6,500)

This is the perfect game to stack in, as both teams love pushing the pace and neither team is great at defense. McCollum is the type of player that thrives in fast paced games, as it opens more shot opportunities and more opportunities for peripheral stats. In his only game against the Lakers this season, McCollum popped off for 19 points, 4 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 blocks, and 2 steals. McCollum has had a few struggled this season, which could be expected because this is his first season as a starter. He tends to play well in good matchups, and McCollum can be used in GPPs tonight.

Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (at CLE, $4,400)

Hollis-Jefferson has a friendly price tag tonight, and he gets a decent matchup against the Cavs. The matchup doesn’t matter all that much for RHJ because he recorded most of his fantasy points through defensive stats. He isn’t a great scorer, which everyone knew coming out of college, but he is an elite rebounder and he has the ability to post elite steal numbers, as well. His price is extremely low yet, and he has scored 27.75, 35.25, and 35.25 fantasy points in his last three games. He can be used in all leagues, although he is best suited for GPPs tonight.

DraftKings DFS Small Forwards

Kawhi Leonard (vs ATL, $8,400)

Leonard’s price is a bit higher than I would like tonight, but he still could have some value. The Hawks are a good enough team to keep this game close, which means Leonard will play heavy minutes tonight. The Hawks have struggled a bit against small forwards, and Leonard is essentially matchup proof. He’s a huge part of the Spurs offense, and he also has the potential to be a five category contributor. He has disappeared at times this season because of the depth of San Antonio, which means he’s a GPP only option tonight.

Omri Casspi (at GS, $4,700)

If Boogie is out tonight, Casspi is as good of a play as anyone at small forward tonight. If Boogie suits up, Casspi is still a great GPP option. Over the last 10 days, Casspi is averaging 12.0 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 2.0 assists in 29.6 minutes per game. George Karl has recently stated that he wants to get Casspi more minutes, which makes him a much safer fantasy option. If Cousins is out, Casspi will see 30+ minutes, and he’ll make a great play in all leagues. Casspi could still see 30+ minutes if Cousins plays, but that isn’t guaranteed, and Casspi would then be a much better play in GPPs.

DraftKings DFS Power Forwards

Kevin Love (vs BKN, $8,300)

It’s tough to look past Love right now, as he’s a consistent double double machine, including a double double by halftime last night. He has been playing exceptionally well recently, as he’s shooting at a high percentage and that Cavs are getting him the ball early and often in games. The Nets have been one of the worst teams in the NBA against power forwards this season, and that likely won’t change tonight. Love’s price hasn’t gotten too out of control just yet, and he can be used in all leagues.

Luis Scola (at WAS, $5,100)

Scola has been playing heavy minutes recently because of the injury to Jonas Valanciunas. He has played 30+ minutes in three of his last four games, and he’s averaging 19.0 points and 6.7 rebounds over that span. The matchup against the Wizards isn’t ideal, as they have played well against the power forward this season, but Scola is cheap and has consistently been hitting value. His price will likely continue to climb as he plays heavy minutes, and he can be used in all leagues while it’s this cheap.

DraftKings DFS Centers

Mason Plumlee (vs LAL, $6,000)

I don’t love the center options tonight, but Plumlee caught my eye. He has posted three straight double doubles, while averaging 39.3 fantasy points per game over that span. He’s entirely too cheap, especially for his matchup against the Lakers tonight, who he recently scored 42.25 fantasy points against. Plumlee’s price will likely continue to trend upwards, and he can be used in all leagues tonight.
