FanDuel Picks for Daily Fantasy Football Week 12: DFS Lineup Advice and Sleepers

Wow. As quick as Tony Romo came back, he went away again. That pretty much ends the Cowboys' season on Thanksgiving, while the Bears pulled off a huge upset.

In this article, my FanDuel DFS lineup targets, I will be headlining a few of my top plays on FanDuel for Week 12 of the daily fantasy football season.

These DFS lineup picks can range from the elite tier of players to a few guys that I feel are a bit overpriced on FanDuel. Let's get to it!

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

FanDuel DFS Quarterbacks for Week 12

Eli Manning (at WAS, $7,700)

Manning has really put together a few great fantasy performances this season, and this game could quickly become a shootout. The Redskins have been an average defense against quarterbacks this season, and teams have only been throwing on the Redskins for half of the game. Washington has the firepower to keep this game close, which means Manning may be throwing from the start to the finish. If that happens, he has as much fantasy upside as nearly any quarterback this week, and he’s a good play in all leagues.

Josh McCown (vs BAL, $6,300)

McCown will regain his starting job after Johnny Manziel was caught partying once again. In his last game, he threw for 211 yards and three touchdowns against a tough Cardinals defense, and McCown will likely throw the ball a minimum of 30 times this week. The Ravens have been one of the worst defenses in the NFL against opposing quarterbacks, and McCown should have no problem hitting value at his low price tag.

FanDuel DFS Running Backs for Week 12

Javorius Allen (at CLE, $6,300)

Allen will be the new starting running back for the Ravens, as Justin Forsett's season was ended by a broken arm last week. Joe Flacco is also out, which means Baltimore will likely lean heavily on runs and screens. Allen totaled 115 yards last week on 27 total touches, including five receptions. He’s a “do-it-all” back, and he’ll likely be getting goal line work, as well. His price is only going to be this low for a small amount of time. He should be able to hit value on volume alone, but he is extremely talented, and he should be used while he’s cheap.

Thomas Rawls (vs PIT, $6,300)

Rawls landed on the injury report with a questionable tag after Marshawn Lynch was ruled out for the next few weeks, but it looks like Rawls is going to play. He will likely be owned by everyone and their mothers, and you should fade him at your own risk. He started last week, and he totaled 33 touches for 254 yards and two touchdowns. That’s all you really need to know, as you can see his price tag is just ridiculous. He can and should be used in all leagues this week.

FanDuel DFS Wide Receivers for Week 12

Antonio Brown (at SEA, $9,000)

Brown is in play any time he is on the field with Ben Roethlisberger. Over his last two games, he has recorded 27 catches for 423 yards and two touchdowns. He has been playing unbelievably well with Roethlisberger this season, and the matchup against Seattle doesn’t scare me off at all. Brown is matchup-proof, and he is the fourth-most expensive wide receiver on the slate for some reason. He’s a great play in all leagues, and he can be used wherever you have the salary for him.

Danny Amendola (at DEN, $6,100)

Amendola is currently injured, but he’s heading for a game time decision, and if he plays, he can be used. Last week, he caught nine passes for 117 yards in less than three quarters. He’ll start again for Edelman if he’s healthy, and the Patriots will feature him once again. The matchup against the Broncos is less than ideal, but New England should still be able to force-feed him the ball, and he doesn’t need much to hit value. He’s best suited for GPPs though because of his injury status and the tough matchup.

FanDuel DFS Tight Ends for Week 12

Delanie Walker (vs OAK, $6,100)

Once again I will be attacking the Raiders defense with my tight end, although it hasn’t been working out all that well recently. Walker is the best tight end they have faced in a few weeks, and he has been playing well against everyone. Even with their recent success against scrubs, I’m not convinced the Raiders have cured their tight end troubles. Walker can be used in all leagues.

Will Tye (at WAS, $4,900)

If you’re looking to save a bit of money at tight end, Will Tye could be your man. He’ll likely draw the start this week and going forward, as Larry Donnell may have suffered a fractured neck. Tye was featured in the Giants game against the Patriots, and he recorded five catches for 56 yards. He also would have had a touchdown, but he was stopped a few inches short. This game could quickly turn into a shootout, and Tye could be a sneaky option for the Giants. He’s can be used as a salary relief play in tournaments.
