DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice - NBA DFS Lineup Picks for 11/16/15

Consistency is the word of the day. It's all you can ever ask for when picking a lineup. I'll leave it at that. Take a look at my Daily NBA picks for DraftKings, 11/16/15.

DraftKings Point Guards

Isaiah Thomas (at OKC, 7,000)

Whether off the bench or as a starter, Isaiah Thomas is the Boston Celtics' best player. An injury to Avery Bradley will lead to more scoring opportunities for Thomas, as he is likely to start in his place. Thomas is averaging 35.4 fantasy points per game and has been most effective when logging in 30-plus minutes. He is coming off his first double-double of the season. Expect Thomas to shine the brightest on a Celtics team lacking additional fire power.

Jordan Clarkson (at PHO, 5,200)

Clarkson has been a streaky dude all season. I'm simply clutching onto him while he's back on the upswing, even if it's only been for one game. Clarkson is coming off his second best performance of the season with 37 fantasy points after failing to breach the 20 point mark in his previous three contests.  Last season as rookie, Clarkson improved as the season progress. When he's on the money, Clarkson can nail threes and tally enough stats into several categories to exceed his projection.

DraftKings Shooting Guards

Eric Bledsoe (vs LAL, 8,100)

Bledsoe is straight fire these days, shooting 68% from the field over his last three games. Against the Denver Nuggets Saturday night, Bledsoe scored 30 points in 30 minutes, numbers that would have been even more bloated if the game was close. Over his last ten games, Bledsoe is averaging 23.2 points, 4.4 rebounds, 6.2 assists, and 2.1 steals. He has been the epitome of consistency and is the top guard to draft.

Monta Ellis (at CHI, $5,800)

The veteran has definitely been on the decline since his glory days in Golden State, but Ellis still has some game left. He proved it in his last performance against the Minnesota Timberwolves, going 11-17 from the field, finishing with 24 points, five assists, three rebounds, two steals, and one block. Ellis has surpassed 30 minutes played in all but one game. He has definitely gotten his looks, but simply hasn't been able to get it going. Expect a competitive game between the Pacers and Bulls, giving Ellis a chance to once again blast from the past.

DraftKings Small Forwards

Kyle Anderson (vs POR, $3,200)

For his price, Kyle Anderson is a must-start, just as long as Kawhi Leonard remains sidelined. In Leonard's absence, Anderson surprised the Spurs, and head coach Greg Poppavich who predicted Anderson would "probably look good one minute, and the next minute he'll look atrocious," according to ESPN.com. In 31 minutes, Anderson scored ten points, grabbed seven boards, three assists, three steals, and one block; stats worthy enough to give Anderson the nod again. Monitor Leonard's status before happily plugging Anderson into your lineup.

Al-Farouq Aminu (at SA, 5,900)

Aminu's stock has gradually risen from the start of the season, as it deservedly should. Aminu has scored in double digits in all but two games this season, and is always a double-double threat. Aminu plays on a talented yet streaky and slumping Trailblazers team, looking for a spark in another tight matchup against the San Antonio Spurs. He hasn't played less than 31 minutes in a game this season, a comforting stat for DFS lineups.

DraftKings Power Forwards

Paul George (at CHI, 8,800)

It's really difficult to skip over this name when scrolling through power forwards. George can break out on any given night and has shown plenty of love to multiple scoring categories. He has climbed well above the 20-point plateau consistently, while his rebounding ability tags along, joining the ongoing 2015 Paul George party. George is still relatively affordable, significantly cheaper than the likes of Westbrook and Curry, but is as safe and smart a pick as it gets. He is averaging 45.7 fantasy points per game and should always be heavily considered.

Ed Davis (at SA, 4,300)

When Meyers Leonard went down in Portland, Ed Davis was given an opportunity to make some noise; one he seized, enough to give him a look in DFS. Davis does not accumulate a lot of minutes, which is now likely to change, but has made each minute count. He rebounds, blocks, and will periodically visit the free-throw line. Davis' average of 20 fantasy points per game will likely be inflated as well. Davis is a smart investment, bulking up your wallet to spend heavily elsewhere.

DraftKings Center

Dwight Howard (vs BOS, $7,400)

Howard has already forgotten about his woeful 2014-2015 campaign. The rebound machine has returned. The most important thing to observe with Howard is the restriction on his playing schedule. After he sits in one of back-to-back games, Howard has followed with an explosive performance; 20 points and 20 rebounds last Saturday against the Los Angeles Clippers. The extra rest appears to be helping D12. He will be the top center to start Monday night.
