NBA Daily Fantasy Lineup Picks - FanDuel DFS Basketball Advice for 11/7/15

Daily fantasy basketball happens to be one of the most predictable fantasy sports that there is. Players generally get the same amount of minutes per game, and they can usually be expected to score, rebound, and assist at around the same ratio.

This makes finding value plays fairly easy. I will provide a top play and a value play at the guard and forward positions. Center is a position that I never really try to find a cheap option at. Pay up at the center position.

Due to this, I'll only provide a top option there. Let's get down to it. Here are my daily fantasy basketball picks for November 7th, 2015.

We offer weekly, monthly or seasonal Premium NBA Subscriptions.

FanDuel Top Guard Pick

Chris Paul (vs HOU, $9,100)

Chris Paul gets a fantastic matchup tonight against the Houston Rockets, who are playing without Patrick Beverley for the time being. He is their best defensive guard, but luckily for Chris Paul, Ty Lawson and Jason Terry will be given the assignment of guarding the Los Angeles Clippers' star PG. This will not bode well for the Houston Rockets. Paul injured his groin on Thursday, but with a day off on Friday, he will be ready to go tonight. The Rockets should be able to keep this game relatively close, so Paul will see full minutes. He has just as much upside as Curry and Wall, and Curry could be part of a blowout, while Wall gets a rather tough matchup against the Hawks. Logic will tell you to play Paul.

FanDuel Value Guard Pick

Deron Williams (vs NO, $5,900)

Deron Williams has been very consistent so far this season, as he is scoring over 20 fantasy points every single game. He rebounds, assists, and scores, so he has great upside, as well as a solid floor. He is going to play around 30-35 minutes tonight against the New Orleans Pelicans, and they are horrid against opposing point guards. Jrue Holiday is still sort of injured, and Ish Smith has never even heard of the word defense. Continue to pick on them until they show they can defend the point guard position. With a price tag under $6,000, Williams makes for a great tournament play, and he should easily hit value in cash games as well.

FanDuel Top Forward Pick

Anthony Davis (at DAL, $10,600)

I know, Anthony Davis has not been that great so far this season. He is one of the only players in the league that can consistently score 40 plus fantasy points and be considered to be having a 'down' season. However, the other options on the board are not quite as enticing as A.D. is tonight. Blake Griffin gets a semi-tough matchup against the Houston Rockets, who do defend the PF position rather well, and he has to deal with Paul and Jordan constantly touching the ball, while Monroe simply does not have the upside that Davis does. Davis could literally score around 70 plus fantasy points every time he steps on the court. His price tag is down right now, so take advantage of that in tournaments tonight.

FanDuel Value Forward Pick

Evan Fournier (at PHI, $5,800)

There really isn't too much to say about this pick. Evan Fournier is one of the most obvious plays on the board every time he steps onto the court. His price tag is finally starting to come up, and he is now considered a small forward, but he is still a must play. He is playing over 40 minutes per game and scoring over 40 fantasy points per game in his last couple of games. He should continue to shoot the ball 20 plus times, and that will lead to some major fantasy production. If you avoid him, you lose.

FanDuel Top Center Pick

DeAndre Jordan (vs HOU, $7,800)

DeAndre Jordan is not shooting the ball as much as fantasy owners want him to be right now, but he still has the potential to score around 50 fantasy points on any given night. Tonight, he is going to face a Houston Rockets team with an injury Dwight Howard. Howard sat out last night so he could play on Saturday, but he isn't a great defender anyway. Jordan's price tag isn't all that high, and he could score over 30 fantasy points just from blocks and rebounds. If the Houston Rockets decide to "hack-a-Jordan" and Jordan finds his range from the free-throw line, he could really dominate tonight. He should definitely double-double tonight, as the Clippers are likely planning to get him the ball early and often.
