Vegas Golden Knights defenseman Shea Theodore is dealing with an illness, Danny Webster of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports. The 2026 Olympian is the victim of an illness that has been spreading in the team's locker room, leaving Theodore's status uncertain for Tuesday's contest against the Buffalo Sabres. Without Theodore, Vegas would have a big hole in the lineup, as he has recorded 27 points (seven goals, 20 assists), 95 shots, 68 blocks, and a plus-13 rating across 48 appearances this season. Ben Hutton is expected to fill in for Theodore if he isn't feeling well enough to play.--Taavi Pailk
