Washington Capitals defenseman Jakob Chychrun (illness) is a game-time decision for Tuesday's tilt against the Montreal Canadiens. After sitting out Sunday's loss to the Nashville Predators due to illness, Chychrun was back on the ice on Tuesday morning. Trevor van Riemsdyk filled in for Chychrun in defense on Sunday. It's been a big year for Chychrun, although he has slowed down offensively in recent weeks. The 27-year-old has gone scoreless in seven of his last 11 appearances. Still, Chychrun is second among blue-liners with 15 goals and has delivered 17 assists in 45 outings.--Taavi Pailk
