Pittsburgh Penguins right wing Bryan Rust (lower body) will return from a two-game absence on Tuesday against the Tampa Bay Lightning. The veteran forward has shaken off a lower-body injury and will return to his normal role on the top line. Tommy Novak will drop down to the second. While Rust has finished scoreless in each of his last two appearances, he is still close to averaging a point per game. In 40 outings, Rust has managed 16 goals and 20 assists. He has gone without a point in three consecutive games only twice this season.--Taavi Pailk
