Chicago Blackhawks center Frank Nazar (undisclosed) is considered day-to-day after his early exit from Friday's win over the Calgary Flames. Nazar played only a handful of minutes before leaving the game after a cross-check by Flames forward Joel Farabee. The 21-year-old is on a five-game scoring slump; however, he has generally had an impressive sophomore season. In 14 games, Nazar has recorded five goals and 11 points, serving as an important piece on the second line and the second power-play unit. If Nazar is deemed unavailable for Sunday's contest against the Detroit Red Wings, Sam Lafferty will probably return to the lineup, while Nick Foligno or Ryan Donato could join the top six.--Taavi Pailk
