Winnipeg Jets center Adam Lowry (hip) will make his season debut in Tuesday's matchup against the Los Angeles Kings. He's had a long road to recovery after undergoing hip surgery in May. Lowry is expected to enter the lineup as the third-line center. However, if he performs well enough, it's reasonable to think that Winnipeg might consider moving him to the second line to replace Jonathan Toews. Lowry has been a regular 30-point scorer in recent years and finished last season with a career-high 16 goals. The Jets captain is set to take Morgan Barron's (undisclosed) spot in the lineup after he was hurt in Saturday's game against the Pittsburgh Penguins.--Taavi Pailk
