San Jose Sharks right wing Ryan Reaves (lower body) will undergo further evaluation on Saturday and won't be available for a game against the Colorado Avalanche, Sheng Peng of San Jose Hockey Now reports. The veteran enforcer suffered a lower-body injury on Thursday night against the New Jersey Devils. According to Peng, there's concern that Reaves might be dealing with a serious issue. During his 16th NHL campaign, Reaves has scored two goals, while recording 10 penalty minutes and 37 hits in 10 outings. On Thursday, Reaves played in place of Michael Misa, who is likely to return to the lineup on Saturday. The No. 2 pick of this year's draft has tallied three points (one goal, two assists) in his first six NHL appearances.--Taavi Pailk
