Mike Evans, WR, Buccaneers
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans' (hamstring) status for his team's Week 7 matchup against the Detroit Lions is "considered a pre-game decision," per ESPN's Adam Schefter. Schefter also notes that "there is more hope" for Evans than fellow Bucs wideout Emeka Egbuka (hamstring), who is also considered a game-time decision with a hamstring injury.
Evans has missed the last three weeks for Tampa Bay after injuring his hamstring in Week 3. With Egbuka potentially sidelined and Chris Godwin (fibula) ruled out, Evans would likely dominate targets in Week 7 if he can make his return to the field. If he remains out, Buccaneers wideouts Sterling Shepard, Tez Johnson, and Kameron Johnson would all likely see an uptick in playing time and target share.
Should Evans be available, he profiles as a high-end fantasy WR2 in Week 7 against Detroit.
Emeka Egbuka, WR, Buccaneers
Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie wide receiver Emeka Egbuka (hamstring) suffered a hamstring injury in Week 6 that caused him to miss practice on both Thursday and Friday of this week. However, Egbuka was able to log a limited practice on Saturday, and his status for his team's Week 7 game against the Detroit Lions on Monday will be a "game-time decision," per Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles.
Egbuka has been excellent through the first six weeks of his NFL career, recording 27 catches for 469 yards and five touchdowns on 42 targets. Fantasy managers are now faced with a tough choice in Week 7, as they likely will not know whether Egbuka is active until Monday evening. The Buccaneers could get star wideout Mike Evans (hamstring) back from a hamstring injury against Detroit, but he remains a game-time decision as well.
Tampa Bay will rely on Sterling Shepard, Tez Johnson, and Kameron Johnson for wide receiver production if Egbuka remains out.

Jared Goff, QB, Lions
Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff posted a solid but unspectacular line in his team's 30-17 Week 6 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, completing 23 of 29 pass attempts for 203 yards, two touchdowns, and zero interceptions. The 31-year-old is having a highly efficient season so far, leading the NFL in completion percentage (75.9%) and touchdown passes (14) while averaging exactly eight yards per pass attempt.
Goff could be a candidate to rejoin the ranks of must-start fantasy quarterbacks in single-QB formats in Week 7. The Lions will face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who rank 24th in the NFL in passing yards allowed (1,520) through six weeks.
David Montgomery, RB, Lions
Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell said that he would like to get running back David Montgomery a "bigger piece of the pie" in the rushing attack, according to Nolan Bianchi of the Detroit News. With a negative game script in the Week 6 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, Montgomery only saw four carries for 24 yards and caught two passes for 37 yards. It was by far the 28-year-old's smallest role through six weeks of the 2025 season.
The Lions offense is at its best when they are dictating the pace of the game and able to mix in plenty of play-action passing. Monty also played a season-low 31% of the offensive snaps in Week 6 after seeing a season-high 53% of the snaps in Week 5.
It sounds like Detroit will make it a point to get Montgomery more involved in Week 7 on Monday night against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, making him a more attractive RB3/flex play against a Bucs defense that has been in the middle of the pack in terms of fantasy points allowed to RBs this year.

Woody Marks, RB, Texans
Houston Texans running back Woody Marks had a breakthrough game in Week 4, dominating the Titans for 69 rushing yards, 50 receiving yards, and a pair of touchdowns. He looked every bit the part of an every-down feature back, but then against the Ravens in Week 5, he only had 24 yards on seven carries and no catches, while Nick Chubb took back over the lead role.
After the team's bye week, Marks has the potential to emerge as the top option this week against the Seahawks in Seattle for Monday Night Football's late game. He has shown a very high ceiling, but he remains a risky flex or RB3 option since his workload is uncertain from week to week. He's high-risk but also brings a very high ceiling as the RB33 in RotoBaller's Week 7 rankings.
Xavier Hutchinson, WR, Texans
Houston Texans wide receiver Xavier Hutchinson hadn't scored a touchdown in his first two seasons, but he found the end zone twice in Week 5's win over the Ravens. The Iowa State alum will look to build on that career day when he returns from his bye week to face the Seahawks on Monday night. Hutchinson still only had three targets in the game, but he hauled in all three for 18 yards and his first two NFL touchdowns.
He has been playing the second-most snaps at receiver all season, behind only Nico Collins, but he hasn't drawn many targets. In five games, he has only 12 catches on 14 targets for 110 yards. He could get more work this week with Christian Kirk ruled out, but he is still a longshot flex play in most formats.

Kenneth Walker III, RB, Seahawks
Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III is in for more of the same flex-level production in Week 7 against the Houston Texans. Walker continues to play in a timeshare with fellow running back Zach Charbonnet. He is running relatively well, but his passing game work has been nearly nonexistent. He has scored single-digit fantasy points in two straight weeks in tough matchups.
The Texans are No. 5 against opposing running backs in fantasy. This is not a week that Walker should be expected to get back to his usual production. He is always a threat for a big play, but even those have come few and far between in 2025. As long as both of Seattle's running backs are healthy, Walker will remain in the flex conversation. His RB2 upside does not even seem very achievable at this point.
You can start Walker this week, but expect a low ceiling and a potentially single-digit floor.
Cooper Kupp, WR, Seahawks
Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Cooper Kupp is not entering a friendly matchup for his fantasy football props this week. Kupp has produced when the Seahawks have needed his services. However, Seattle's defense should be able to handle the Texans' offense, leading to low volume in the Seahawks' passing game. Kupp has only cleared five targets and four receptions twice in six games this season.
On both of those occasions, Seattle was playing significantly from behind at one point in the game, and the passing game was necessary to even the score. Otherwise, the Seahawks have attempted to heavily rely on the running game in 2025. Kupp is likely going to be a flex option in the right matchups this year. However, this does not project to be one of them.
