Bill Callahan Leaving the Titans
Veteran offensive line coach Bill Callahan is leaving the Tennessee Titans coaching staff one day after the team fired his son, head coach Brian Callahan. One of the more respected offensive minds in the game, the elder Callahan left the Cleveland Browns in 2024 to join his son's staff in Nashville. With the Titans going 4-19 under Brian Callahan, they made the move to oust him on Monday, naming senior offensive assistant Mike McCoy as interim head coach. Scott Fuchs will likely take over as offensive line coach. As the team reshuffles its staff, they also prepare to welcome Mike Vrabel back into town, with the Titans hosting the Patriots on Sunday. Vrabel, the last head coach fired by the Titans, has led the Patriots to a 4-2 record and an AFC East division lead in his first season in Foxborough.
