Houston Astros starting pitcher Spencer Arrighetti (elbow) is scheduled to get a second opinion on his elbow later this week. It was announced last week that Arrighetti wouldn't require surgery on his injured elbow. It sounds like he'll avoid surgery, but the course of treatment seems unclear at the moment. Arrighetti hasn't pitched this month and is not expected to be back before the end of the regular season. The hope is that Arrighetti is ready for the beginning of the 2026 campaign. At this point, it seems safe for fantasy managers to drop Arrighetti and get another arm to help them.--Andy Webb
