Cedric Tillman Suffers Calf Injury on Friday
Cedric Tillman (calf) went down in the back of the end zone at training camp practice on Thursday and immediately started holding his calf, according to ESPN Cleveland. Trainers were then seen stretching Tillman's calf muscle, which could mean that Tillman was just cramping due to the heat. Although this could turn out to be just a minor injury, the Browns really can't afford to lose any more wideouts early in camp, as both David Bell (hip) and Michael Woods II (hand) are also sidelined in the early going. The 25-year-old Tillman will be given every chance to serve as the WR2 behind Jerry Jeudy in 2025 after come on strong near the end of last season before suffering a concussion in the final month. The Browns also have Diontae Johnson now, though, and Tillman is going to need to prove it. It may be difficult with Joe Flacco projected to start at QB.
