Kyren Williams a Hold-in Candidate?
Kyren Williams has reported to training camp this week amid contract talks with the team. However, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that Williams is a potential hold-in candidate during camp, which means he may not take part in practices at all under he receives a long-term extension from the organization. The Rams have said they would like to get something done with the 24-year-old this offseason, but time will tell if Williams is locked into a new deal before the start of the 2025 regular season. He is entering the final year of his deal after back-to-back 1,000-yard rushing seasons in 2023 an 2024. Last year, Williams had a career-best 1,299 yards and 14 touchdowns on 316 carries over 16 regular-season games. With Blake Corum potentially taking on a bigger role this year, though, Williams is on the RB1/2 borderline.
