Corbin Carroll to Land on Injured List With "Chip Fracture" in his Hand
Corbin Carroll (hand) has a "chip fracture" on the back of his left hand and will land on the 10-day injured list. The Diamondbacks are still determining how long Carroll might be out, but he's at least going to miss the next 10 days and probably longer. With the All-Star break coming in mid-July, fantasy managers probably shouldn't expect the 24-year-old former National League Rookie of the Year to return until the second half of the season. Until then, keep Carroll stashed in an IL spot in all formats. The former first-rounder has bounced back in 2025 after a disappointing 2024 season and is currently slashing .255/.341/.573 with a .914 OPS, 20 homers, 44 RBI, 57 runs and 10 stolen bases. In his absence, Randal Grichuk could be a lineup regular in Arizona in right field.
