Dalton Schultz is more than capable. On the lighter side at 242 pounds, Schultz makes up for it with good hands, solid route-running, and feel for defensive coverages. According to Pro Football Reference, Schultz has posted a catch rate of at least 62% in five straight seasons. However, he finished as the fantasy TE20 in 2024. Despite playing in all 17 games, he was targeted just 85 times despite season-ending injuries to top receivers Stefon Diggs (knee) and Tank Dell (knee). Schultz finished the year with 53 catches for 532 yards and two touchdowns. Heading into the 2025 season, he might be even lower in the pecking order.
