Christian Moore Performing Well at Triple-A
Christian Moore earned a promotion to Triple-A on May 20 and has reached base via hit or walk in each of the six games he's played for Salt Lake. The 2024 first-round draft pick has gone 11-for-23 (.478), including a double, a home run, three steals, and a 4:8 BB:K. The 22-year-old impressed in his 25-game audition last year between Single-A and Double-A, registering a .347/.400/.584 slash line with six home runs, and does not appear to be overmatched in his first taste of Triple-A pitching. The Angels' top-ranked prospect (MLB No. 60) is tracking for an MLB debut later this season, and with plus power for a position somewhat lacking in that category, Moore will be a stash candidate in deeper and AL-only leagues.
