Aaron Civale to Make Final Rehab Start on Tuesday
Aaron Civale (hamstring) made scoreless minor-league rehab starts for Triple-A Nashville on May 8 and 14 and is scheduled to make his final appearance with Nashville on Tuesday before rejoining Milwaukee's starting rotation, according to MLB.com. Civale threw five scoreless innings on 60 pitches in his most recent rehab outing last Wednesday for Nashville. The 29-year-old has been on the 15-day injured list since March 31 due to a strained left hamstring, but he's on the verge of returning to the major leagues. In his lone start in 2025 on March 30 against the New York Yankees, Civale was touched up for five earned runs on four hits (three homers) while walking one and striking out two in three innings. There's not a ton of strikeout upside here, but Civale can be an innings-eater for rotation depth in deep-mixed fantasy leagues.
