Evgenii Dadonov Ends Scoring Drought With Hat Trick
Dallas Stars right wing Evgenii Dadonov scored all of his team's goals in Saturday's 5-3 defeat to the Pittsburgh Penguins. He ended an eight-game point drought with his second career hat trick. Dadonov also netted his first hat trick against the Penguins back in 2018. The Russian veteran last found the back of the net on Feb. 22 in a 4-2 victory over the New Jersey Devils. Although Dadonov has had a limited impact in recent weeks, he has provided solid depth scoring for the Stars, tallying 19 goals and 39 points in 74 games this season.
