Seattle Kraken winger Eeli Tolvanen (undisclosed) will miss his first game of the season on Wednesday against the Vancouver Canucks. Kraken head coach Dan Bylsma has announced that Tolvanen and Jaden Schwartz (undisclosed) are both considered day-to-day. It's possible they will be ready to return to action on Saturday against the San Jose Sharks. On Wednesday, Tye Kartye and Ryan Winterton will slot into the lineup as their replacements. The two players have not been impactful offensively, although Winterton has registered 17 goals and 35 points in 53 AHL appearances this season.--Taavi Pailk
