Carolina Hurricanes winger Andrei Svechnikov (undisclosed) will not play on Tuesday against the Tampa Bay Lightning. The Russian forward suffered an undisclosed injury in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Winnipeg Jets and is still undergoing evaluation. Carolina loses a two-way force with Andrei Svechnikov sidelined. He ranks second on the team with 131 hits and has tallied 43 points (18 goals, 25 assists) in 63 outings. On Tuesday, Taylor Hall and Jackson Blake are set to move up in the lineup after practicing with Sebastian Aho on the first line Monday.--Taavi Pailk
